Who Is Rho Lall?

I'm a full stack data scientist with experience in business, analytics, and software engineering. I build people and pipelines through 3 best practices: emphasis on impact, modeling data to scale, and clean code.

That wasn't always the case. In the beginning I was frustrated. I had the skills and talent, but I couldn't seem to get a job offer. I spent hours upon hours sending out resumes, only to hear crickets in response. It felt like I was doing something wrong, but I couldn't figure out what it was.

I want to share with you how I overcame my own inexperience.
